When sacred seasons overlap, it is not coincidence β€” it is invitation.

πŸ”₯ Burn brighter, with purpose
🐎 Move forward, with humility
❀️ Grow stronger, with compassion

There are moments in history when the spiritual calendar feels beautifully aligned – such as right now, when the Christian Season of Lent, the Muslim month of Ramadan, and the Chinese Lunar New Year and Spring Festival, all converge in the same stretch of time.

As we are entering the year of the Fire Horse, this alignemnet feels even more powerful.

Fire symbolizes courage, while the Horse symbolizes movement. Both Ramadan and Lent symbolize spiritual discipline and rebirth. Together, they whisper a bold invitation: this is not the season to stay the same!

Ramadan helps us change inside through self-control, fasting and prayer. Lent teaches to change through confession, repetence and discipline. The Lunar New Year makes space for fresh beginnings and intentional living, drawing millions into pilgrimages of return to their places of birth.

The Fire Horse adds urgency to all this: act now, live braevly, love fiercly! This is a sacred convergence, calling us not just to reflect, but to rise.

When sacred seasons overlap, it is not just coincidence; it is invitation. Maybe this is our moment to burn brighter, but with purpose. To move forward, but with humility. To grow stronger, but through compassion. Let this be the season we look back on and say: That was when I chose courage. That was when I chose love. That was when I began again to puruse the call of justice with my whole being.

β€œIs not this the fast that I choose: to loose the bonds of wickedness, to undo the straps of the yoke, to let the oppressed go free, and to break every yoke?”
~ Isaiah 58:6 (English Standard Version)
